Woke up to find that my fighting fish had fungi growth and the tips of his tail were falling off, I almost freaked! went to the petshop and bought some of that medicine and started my first ever medicating procedure. almost had a heart attack when the stuff turned the water green, but fish dont seem to mind, just hope the fighter helas up alright and the other fighters/kribensis dont catch it as well. So far the fighting fish is doing ok, tail fungi has disappeared and he's slightly more active, still not eating though and still depressed. have taken the carbon out and keeping thee air running in the tank, is this correct? Ta, Callum. P.s any tips much welcome

tank is heated at 25 degrees and yes its filtered and well aerated. Changing 25% of the water every three day before adding the same amount of medication again, this is what the instructions said to do, i've just been following them.

Best off to seperate the diseased fish if you can to another tank by its self.
