Hi everyone, It's that time of year again where Movember aims to change the face of men’s health by putting a fun twist on a serious issue. Using the moustache as a catalyst, Movember's primary campaign objective is to raise awareness and funds for men's health issues, specifically prostate and male mental health. Most cancers are highly curable if caught in the early stages therefore Movember aims to increase early detection, diagnosis and effective treatment. This will ultimately reduce the number of deaths from cancer. It is expected 1 in 2 Australian men will be diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85, with prostate cancer being the second-most common cause of cancer-related death. Each year in Australia, close to 3,300 men die of prostate cancer which is equal to the number of women who die from breast cancer annually. Movember strives to also promote awareness for male depression with around one in six Australian men suffering from depression at any given time. We all have family and friends that have or will be affected by these issues, so lets help Brandt Archer on his month long journey of raising funds for this important cause! Any amount will contribute to helping our guys out.. To donate to me or my team go to au.movember.com/mospace/242968but be quick there are only a few days to go! cheers! Brandt
