What plants can be kept in water conditions that are used for Rift Lake tanks?

ages since this started but i have been keeping blue stricta in my african tanks for years, not only does it survive but in a ph of 8.8 and super hard water, it absolutely went nuts

where can you find the blue stricta hammo? what is it root system like, does it need planting or just tied to an object?

its one of the more common ones to get any one that does a pieces orders will be able to get it

you can find blue stricta pretty much everywhere man, one of the more common ones the root system is pretty incredible, needs to be planted, but once planted it took about 3-4 weeks in my tank for the roots to get to around 20cm in all directions, as i found out when i tried to move some haha
