Looking good Mitch, any luck breeding as mine have stopped, going to move to a different tank hopefully it will change their habbits, trying to also get a new male as the females are ready to go, fat and just waiting for the chance.

Nah not yet ron. They might be still abit young at the moment but I dont think they are far off as I put some barnicles in with them the other day and they are starting to show alot of interest in them. That male that I got off you is growing so fast. He has doubled in size in that short period of time. Have you tried changing your shells to baricles to see if that might intice them to breed again?

No i haven't but i might try, the male is in good condition he has a bit of size on him now about 6/7 inch very active just not in the mood, he has 3 really good females but no action. The females have shells/conduits they always go to. I have them in my 6ft tank with julies, neo faciatus, cyps, orange leleupi and calico bristlenoses. I am going to put them in a 4ft tank bythemselves again and see what happens.
Cheers Ron

If havin trouble gettin to breed some times you may need another male as it helps him compete for females an makes him interested in mating with them

Finally the white calvus have fry, i had forgotten how small they are. About 20 in the big tank with parents and 20 in fry saver just to find out which way turns out to be the best way to raise.
Cheers
