Very, very nice. What DSLR are you using? I'm looking at upgrading my camera with some of my tax cheque. Also can I ask who you got the Labeotropheus Fuelleborni and the Maingano's from?

got the maingano from a breeder in sydney, and the lab come from the auction. they were displaying earlier neil so hopefully they will spawn for me. the red cheeks are only on loan to me so if your after the fry you will have to get on to Muzzie when they are ready.

its a 4x2x2, running 2 ehiem 2217 classics full of coral rubble. at this point in time.... 81 fish! and still havent registered ammonia, nitrite or nitrate in daily testing for about a month.
i know its ridiculously over stocked but i baught way to many fry so i could get good ratio of males to females. after cutting them down im hoping to be left with about 35-40

cool, that gives me a bit of an idea of what i might be able to get away with in my 4x18x20. I will be running 1 Ehiem Ecco (300L Tank one), and i was thinking i would need a second, and will likely just go the Ehiem 2217 classic. Im thinking i will start with the one filter, and stock about 20-24 fish there abouts, and see how it goes.
It might be worth turning this thread into a "post your tank" pics, specs (filtration, substrate, rocks, lighting, feeding, etc), and stocking list. Would be good to see everyone's tanks? What do you reckon, or maybe just start a new thread?

the only reason im getting away with so many fish is because the filters have been heavily loaded for well over 2 years, very matured and stable. I wouldnt be applying such a large bioload to new filters to fast. Make sure you cycle the tank very well. No, start a new thread for that. But is a good idea
